| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨龙虎交战针法配合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症病例60例,按照随机原则分为2组,其中治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用龙虎交战针法配合温针灸治疗,对照组采用平补平泻针法治疗,每日治疗1次,10次为一疗程,观察患者疼痛评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗组在疼痛评分及临床疗效上均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:龙虎交战针法配合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有较好的临床疗效。
