| 摘 要： | 目的：研究针灸配合语言训练治疗中风后失语症的疗效。方法：把104例中风失语症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组单用语言训练,治疗组采用头皮针、体针与刺络放血与语言训练相结合的方法治疗,其治疗前后得分情况采用汉语标准失语症检查表（CRRCAE）作为检查评价。结果：对照组治疗前CRRCAE平均得分56分,治疗后125分,治疗组治疗前CRRCAE平均得分58分,治疗后156分,治疗后结果经统计学检验,具有明显差异。结论：针灸对于改善大脑的供血、修复伤损脑细胞加强语言回路的沟通、治疗中风后失语症具有较好疗效。
