| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨艾灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的可能机理。方法:采用悬吊冷水游泳复合应激因素复制慢性疲劳动物模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、艾灸组。治疗12天后作免疫功能相关指标检测,同时作免疫组化及图像分析。结果:艾灸组的脾脏指数、脾淋巴细胞增殖转化能力、血清白介素-2(IL-2)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)测定值与模型组相比较P<0.01或P<0.05;艾灸组与模型组相比较,IL-2和TNF-α光密度降低,表达增强(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸能增强慢性疲劳大鼠的免疫功能,这可能是其治疗CFS的机制之一。 |
