| 摘 要： | 目的：通过观察针刺对脑瘫伴听觉障碍患儿的临床疗效,为临床治疗小儿脑瘫伴听觉障碍提供有效的治疗方法。方法：收集符合诊断标准的60例脑瘫伴听觉障碍患儿,运用脑干诱发电位进行治疗前后的听觉评定,通过针刺治疗观察治疗前后患儿的听力改善情况。结果：通过针刺治疗听觉障碍患儿的BAEP检测结果显示Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波波形改善明显,即潜伏期及峰间期缩短,有统计学意义;Ⅴ波反应阈值治疗前后改善明显。结论：针刺对小儿脑瘫伴听觉障碍有明显的治疗效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral palsy children with hearing difficulties.Methods：We collected diagnostic criteria of 60 patients with cerebral palsy and hearing difficulties,using the brainstem evoked potential for treatment and auditory assess,and we observed before and after treatment by acupuncture therapy. Results：60 cases by acupuncture treatment,the BAEP hearing-impaired children Ⅰ,tests showed Ⅴ difform Ⅲ improved,namely incubation period and peak interphase shorten,which had a statistical significance;Ⅴ wave reaction threshold before and after the treatment improved with a statistical significance. Conclusion：Cerebral palsy by acupuncture for children with hearing difficulties has a good curative effect. |
