电针“天枢穴”不同深度刺激对慢传输型功能性便秘患者结肠转运时间的影响

目的：比较电针＂天枢穴＂不同的深度刺激对全结肠转运时间的影响。方法：采用随机对照试验研究方法将纳入的40例患者,随机分为A组（电针深刺双侧天枢穴组）与B组（电针浅刺双侧天枢穴组）。治疗4周后评估两组全结肠转运时间及比较治疗前后全结肠转运时间差值变化。结果：尽管两组电针天枢穴刺激治疗后全结肠转运时间比较差异无显著意义（P〉0.05）,但两组治疗后相较于各自组治疗前全结肠转运时间比较均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。且电针突破腹膜深刺组较仅皮下浅刺组就治疗前后改善全结肠转运时间的差值上更有效（P〈0.05）,提示深刺治疗改善全结肠转运时间效率更佳。整个研究过程未发生任何电针不良事件。结论：电针＂天枢穴＂深刺更能有效缩短全结肠转运时间,且该刺激方法安全。
