中医“治未病”思想探讨针灸对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的防治作用

中医学中的“治未病”思想是古代医家提出的一种防治疾病的先进理念,它包含了疾病发生发展的各个阶段,对于防治疾病非常系统而全面。首先,艾灸的消毒灭菌、抗病毒以及针灸提高人体免疫力、增强体质的作用可以有效地预防新冠病毒对人们的侵袭,起到“未病先防”的效果;其次,针灸的抗炎作用,有利于防止新冠肺炎患者病情的恶化,促进他们的恢复,发挥“既病防变”的作用;最后,针灸调节脏腑功能,保护肝肾功能,改善胃肠道反应,能够进一步巩固已康复患者的疗效,同时减轻西药治疗对人体的伤害,降低“瘥后防复”的风险,减少后遗症。
