电针、穴位埋线合耳压综合治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床观察

目的：观察电针、穴位埋线、耳压综合治疗单纯性肥胖症的疗效及脂质代谢。方法：将50例患者采用随机对照的方法，分别设立综合治疗组（电针、穴位埋线、耳压综合治疗）25例，对照组（饮食控制治疗）25例，观察其疗效及治疗前后胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL—C）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL—C）的变化。结果：综合治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组，有效率为84％，对照组有效率为44％。并发现针刺能降低人体中血清TC、TG、LDL—C的含量，提高HDL—C的含量。结论：电针、穴位埋线合耳压综合治疗是目前有效的减肥方法，参与脂肪代谢为针刺减肥的机理。

The Clinical Observation on Electric Acupuncture, Catgut implanation at Acupolnts and Auricular Point sticking for Treatment of Simple Obsesity

Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of metabolism of lipids of electric acupuncture,catgut implantation at acupoints and auricular point sticking in the treatment of simple obesity.Methods: 50 cases of obesity were randomly divided into 2 groups and each involves 25 cases.One group was served as a compositive treatment group,which were treated by electric acupuncture,catgut implantation at acupoints and auricular point sticking.The other one was served as a control group,which were treated by diet only.Their therapeutic effects and changes of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C contents before and after the treatments were observed.Results:The effective rate of 84% in the treatment group was superior to 44% in the control group.And electric acupuncture,catgut implantation at acupoints and auricular point sticking could decrease serum TC,TG,LDL-C contents and increase the HDL-C contents.Conclusion: Electric acupuncture,catgut implantation at acupoints and auricular point sticking is an effective method for reducing weight at present,of which slimming mechanism is proved metabolism of lipids.
