| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨非手术疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的主体。方法:治疗组采用推拿配合牵引理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症371例,对照组采用电针"脊椎九宫穴"配合牵引理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症374例。结果:治疗组痊愈率51.48%,对照组为35.56%;治疗组总有效率98.65%,对照组为83.96%。两组比较有显著意义(P0.05)。结论:推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效明显优于电针治疗,推拿可定为非手术疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的主体。
