“老十针”为主治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

目的:以"老十针"为主,配合调神及走罐法,观察其对于功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:FD患者67例,随机分入治疗组34例,以"老十针"合调神法配合走罐治疗;药物对照组33例,口服吗丁啉为主。治疗时间为4周。观察治疗前后两组临床有效率、中医症候积分等指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率为94.11%,对照组总有效率为78.79%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.01)。中医症状总积分比较,二者具有统计学差异。在精神疲乏、四肢无力、胃纳减少、咽部梗阻感、烦躁易急、失眠多梦方面,治疗组与对照组有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:"老十针"为主合调神法配合走罐治疗FD疗效优于药物。
