| 摘 要： | 目的：寻找治疗颈椎病的有效方法。方法：将240例颈椎病患者按就诊时间随机分为2组，即针牵组采用针刺加牵引治疗；针刺组采用单纯的针刺治疗。结果：两组的总有效率分别为100％和77．6％，经统计学处理，针牵组疗效明显优于针刺组（P〈0．01）。结论：针刺配合牵引治疗颈椎病具有协同作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To search for an effective method for treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:240 cases of cervical spondylosis were divided into two groups,the treatment group treated by acupuncture combined with traction;the acupuncture group by simple acupuncture.Results:The effective rates of two groups were respectively 100%,77.6%.the treatment group being superior to the simple acupuncture group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with traction has cooperation with in treatment of cervical spondylosis. |
