| 摘 要： | 目的：观察隔木香饼灸法对乳腺增生病的临床疗效；方法：选择96例乳腺增生病患者随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（36例），分别采用隔木香饼灸法和乳癖消贴膏外敷治疗，均治疗3个疗程，观察各组临床疗效，并分析治疗前后乳房症状、体征、乳房血流动力学指标、血清IL-2、IL-6的改变以及治疗方法与中医证型的相关性；结果：治疗组总有效率优于对照组，隔木香饼灸法能够明显改善乳腺增生病的症状、体征，降低乳腺病变区的血流阻力指数，提高血清LI-2、IL-6水平，且本疗法对冲任失调型乳腺增生的疗效优于其他证型；结论：隔木香饼灸法治疗乳腺增生有明显疗效，这一疗效是通过改善乳房血运、调节机体免疫功能来实现的。

| Abstract: | Objective:to in vestigate the curative effect of the Moxibustion with Muxiang cake therpy on the patients of mammary hyperplasia.Method:to divide randomly 96 cases of mammary hyerplasia into the treatment group(n=60)and the control group(n=36),and treat them through Moxibustion with Muxiang cake and Rupixiaotie ointment.The curative rate,the relief of clinical symptoms,the signal of hemoynamics and the level of IL-2 IL-6 were observed.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.66%,and it had a significant difference compared with that of the control group(P<0.01),the relief of clinical symptoms was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the blood signal and impedance index decreased and the level of IL-2 IL-6 increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion with Muxiang cake has a reliable curative effect o Mammary Hyperplasia. |
