| 摘 要： | 目的:评价电针对腹部术后胃瘫综合征(PGS)的治疗价值。方法:将41例PGS患者随机分为针灸干预组24例,常规对照组17例,对照组采用常规治疗,针灸干预组采用常规加电针治疗。观察术后恢复时间。结果:针灸干预组与常规对照组相比,多数患者在2周内治愈,有显著差异。结论:腹部术后早期配合电针治疗,能加速胃肠功能恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic value of electro-acupuncture on abdominal postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome.Method：Divide 41 cases of PGS patients into one electro-acupuncture intervention group with 24 cases and one routine comparison group with 17 cases at random.The comparison group adopts routine treatment and the electro-acupuncture intervention group adopts routine and electro-acupuncture treatments.Observe the time for postsurgical recovery.Result：Compared with the routine comparison group,most patients in the electro-acupuncture intervention group are cured within two weeks and there is distinct difference between the two groups.Conclusion：The combination with electro-acupuncture treatment in the early stage after abdominal operation will quicken the recovery of gastrointestinal functions. |
