| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨头穴丛刺结合认知训练在轻度认知功能障碍干预方面的疗效。方法:选取符合纳入病例标准的60例轻度认知功能障碍患者,根据随机原则,将其分成两组:头穴丛刺结合认知训练组(干预组)与认知训练组(对照组)。干预组30例,采用毫针针刺于氏头针分区的额区及左侧颞区,同时进行认知训练;对照组30例,只采取认知训练。两组治疗每日1次,每周6天,休息1天,连续观察8周。结果:干预组有效率80.0%,对照组有效率66.7%,两组比较有差异性(P0.01),具有统计学意义。结论:头穴丛刺结合认知训练干预轻度认知功能障碍具有较好的临床疗效,为临床上头穴丛刺结合认知康复训练改善轻度认知功能障碍提供客观依据,突显头穴丛刺的实用性及科学性。
