醒脑开窍针法联合仿生物电刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

目的：探讨醒脑开窍针法联合仿生物电刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法：将80例伴有吞咽障碍的脑卒后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，在使用无差别的神经科药物治疗基础上，对照组单纯给予普通针刺治疗，治疗组给予醒脑开窍针法联合仿生物电刺激治疗。治疗结束后评估患者的吞咽障碍改善情况，评价临床疗效。结果：治疗结束后治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0．05），醒脑开窍针法联合仿生物电刺激治疗对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的改善情况与对照组比较有统计学差异。结论：醒脑开窍针法联合仿生物电刺激治疗对脑卒中后吞咽障碍具有明显的改善作用。

Traetment of Dysp hagia among Stroke Patients wi th Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Combined with Biomimetic Electrical Stimulation

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on dysphagia among stroke patients with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with biomimetic electrical stimulation.Methods：80 cases of dysphagia among stroke pa-tients were randomized into two groups of a treatment group and a control group.The control group was treated with acupuncture while the treatment group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with biomi-metic electrical stimulation.At the same time the patients were all given the same basic neurology medical treat-ment.Assess the improvement of dysphagia and the clinical efficacy after treatment.Results：After treatment, the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The degree of improvement of dysphagia in the treatment group showed a statistically significant difference compared with that in the control group.Conclusion：Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with biomimetic electrical stimulation has a significant improvement for stroke patients with dysphagia.
