小儿推拿对小儿哮喘急性期肺功能损害预防作用的研究

目的：观察小儿推拿对小儿哮喘急性期肺功能损害变化的影响。方法：将急性期哮喘患儿100例，遵循随机分组的原则分为实验组50例和对照组50例。实验组应用小儿推拿手法治疗，对照组未作任何治疗。待患儿急性发作时未作任何治疗前进行肺功能检测。结果：两组患儿进行急性期肺功能损害程度评价并对发生率进行统计观察，两组FVC、FEV1、PEF 比较差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）， FEF25～75比较无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。大气道功能改善上，实验组优于对照组。结论：小儿推拿手法可以改善急性期哮喘大气道肺功能。

Effect of Massage on Lung Function of Pediatric Asthma at the Acute Phase

Objective：To investigate the effect of massage on lung function of pediatric asthma in the acute phase.Methods：100 patients in remission time were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly.The control group was not treated and the treatment group was with traditional techniques of pediatric massage.All patients were assessed with Lung function at the beginning of the acute phase.Results：The contents of FVC,FEV1 and PEF improved in acute phase after treatment.Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in the treatment group（P〈0.05）.But there was no statistical significance comparing FEF 25~75（P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion：Massage maybe improve atmospheric lung function at the acute phase of asthma.
