西咪替丁对麦滋林-S中水溶性薁在人体内药物动力学的影响

摘    要: 建立了高效液相色谱法测定人体血浆中水溶性芝浓度的方法,并测定了7名健康史试者pO麦滋林-S及麦滋林-S和西咪替丁后,其水溶性的血药浓度和药物动力学参数,生物半衰期T_(1/2)分别为2.9±1.41和2.6±0.74h,达峰时间分别为2.81±0.765和3.26±0.611h,血药浓度曲线下面积AUC_(0~∞)17.1±4.47和18.9±3.51(μg·h)/ml。经数理统计学分析,两组药物动力学参数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果表明:西咪替丁对麦滋林-S粒中水溶性芝的药物动力学没有影响。

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatographic method was used for separation and de-termination of Marzulene-S in human plasma. Comparison of the pharmacokinetic behaviors be-tween separated and combined administration Marzulene-S and cimetidine with the above methodwas carried out in seven healthy volunteers, Individual subject concentration-time was analysedand the results indicated that the data of azulene fitted in a one-compartment model. The metabo-lite half-time was 2.9±1. 41 h and 2.6±0. 74 h. The areas under the plasma concentration-timecurves(AUC)of azulene were 17. 11±4. 47(μg·h)/ml and 18. 95±3. 51(μg·h)/ml,and thetime of peak was 2. 81±0. 76 h and 3.26±0. 611 h. No significant difference was found betweenseparated and combined administration. Marzulenes-S of pharmacokinetic parameters were ana-lyzed statistically. The results showed that cimetidine didn’t affect on azulene pharmacokinetics.
