甘草复方制剂中甘草酸含量的HPLC测定研究

 目的：为加强《中国药典》中的中药复方制剂的质量控制，建立一套完整的定量测定方法。方法：运用高效液相色谱法系统地对7种不同剂型的甘草复方制剂中甘草酸的含量进行测定。以Zorbax-ODS(4.6 mm×25 cm)为固定相，流动相为乙腈-1 ml/L乙酸(38∶62)，紫外检测波长为238 nm。结果：进样量4～36 mg/10 ml与峰面积呈直线相关(r=0.999 1),回归方程A=257.551c+18 662.3，平均回收率为99.7%，RSD为1.8%(n=5)。结论：实验表明，运用HPLC对甘草复方制剂中的甘草酸进行质量控制的结果是可信的，令人满意，可作为一种常规分析方法。

DeterminationofglycyrrhizininherbalpreparationbyHPLC

OBJECTIVE:To enhence the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine preparation in China Pharmacopeia,and establish a complete system of quantitative determination.METHOD:Glycyrrhizin in seven dosage forms of Glycyrrhiza uralaesis Fisch was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.HPLC methods were used to measure the herbal preparation.Glycyrrhizin was separated on a Zorbax-ODS(4.6 mm×25 cm),using actenitrile:1 ml/L acetic acid(38∶62) as mobilephase,and detected at 238 nm.RESULTS:A good linear ranging from 4 to 36 mg/10 ml of glycyrrhizine(r=0.999 1),and A=257.551c+18 662.3 was found.The average recovery was 99.7%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%(n=5).CONCLUSION:HPLC is feasible to control the quality of glycyrrhizin in different forms in laboratories.
