| 摘 要： | 目的：建立一种用HPLC法测定安钠咖片的含量的方法。方法：以ODS为固定相，甲醇-0.5 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠(26∶74)为流动相,检测波长220 nm。结果：咖啡因和苯甲酸钠0.05～0.30 mg·ml-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。回收率分别为99.3%(RSD为0.2%,n=6)和99.7%(RSD为0.3%,n=6)。结论：简单，快速，准确。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE An HPLC method was established for the Caffeine and Sodium Benzoate intablets. METHODS Chromatogrophic conditions were:column,Spherisorb-C185 μm(4.6 mm×200 mm);mobile phase,methanol-0.5 mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate(26∶74);flow raet,1.0 ml·min-1;detector wave length,220 nm.RESULTS The standed curve was lingear in the of 0.05～0.30 mg·ml-1 and the average recovery of caffenie was 99.3%(RSD=0.2%,n=6);average recovery of Sodium benzoate was 99.7%(RSD=0.3%,n=6).CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,rapid,accurate reliable. |
