| 摘 要： | 目的：采用HPLC法测定氯霉素地塞米松滴眼液中氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法：采用C18色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0.025 mol·L-1的磷酸二氢钠溶液（48∶52 V/V），检测波长为240 nm。结果：氯霉素的线性范围为75～175 μg·ml-1，r＝0.9994，回收率99.66％。RSD=1.03％；地塞米松磷酸钠的线性范围为15～35 μg·ml-1；r＝0.9992，回收率104.24％。结论：该方法简便、准确，可同时测定滴眼液中氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in eye drops by HPLC．METHODS Chloramphenicol and dexamethasone were eluted with methanal-0.025 mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution(48∶52 v/v）on C18 column and were determined at 240 nm．RESULTS The linear range of chloramphenicol was 75～175 μg·ml-1,r=0.9994,the recovery was 99.66％,RSD=1.03％;the linear range of dexamethasone sodium phosphate was 15～35 μg·ml-1,r＝0.9992,the recovery was 104.24％，RSD=1.66％。CONCLUSIONS The method is simple，accurate and suitable for the determination of chlorarnphemlcol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate In eye drops． |
