摘    要: 目的:采用HPLC法测定氯霉素地塞米松滴眼液中氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.025 mol·L-1的磷酸二氢钠溶液(48∶52 V/V),检测波长为240 nm。结果:氯霉素的线性范围为75~175 μg·ml-1,r=0.9994,回收率99.66%。RSD=1.03%;地塞米松磷酸钠的线性范围为15~35 μg·ml-1;r=0.9992,回收率104.24%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可同时测定滴眼液中氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in eye drops by HPLC.METHODS Chloramphenicol and dexamethasone were eluted with methanal-0.025 mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution(48∶52 v/v)on C18 column and were determined at 240 nm.RESULTS The linear range of chloramphenicol was 75~175 μg·ml-1,r=0.9994,the recovery was 99.66%,RSD=1.03%;the linear range of dexamethasone sodium phosphate was 15~35 μg·ml-1,r=0.9992,the recovery was 104.24%,RSD=1.66%。CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of chlorarnphemlcol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate In eye drops.
