柳穿鱼化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的研究柳穿鱼全草的化学成分。方法利用柱色谱法分离和IR,MS及1D,2D-NMR等波谱分析法确定结构。结果鉴定18个化合物,分别为苯甲醇O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ),苯甲醇樱草糖苷(Ⅱ),苯甲醇O-(2'-β-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基)-β- D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(Ⅳ),葡萄糖丁香酸(Ⅴ),丁香苷(Ⅵ),liriodendrin(Ⅶ),2,4-二叔丁基苯酚(Ⅷ),对甲氧基苯甲酸(Ⅸ),白杨素(Ⅹ),linarioside(Ⅺ),甘露醇(Ⅻ),半乳糖醇(ⅩⅢ),丁二酸(ⅪⅤ),正二十六烷酸(ⅩⅤ).正二十七烷醇(ⅩⅥ),二十九烷醇-15(ⅩⅦ),α-单二十烷酸甘油酯(ⅩⅧ)。结论其中15个化合物(Ⅰ-Ⅴ,Ⅶ-Ⅹ,ⅩⅢ-ⅩⅧ) 为首次从柳穿鱼属植物中得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Linaria vulgaris Mill. METHODS The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel. Their structures were elucidated by chemical methods and IR, NMR, MS spectral analysis.RESULTS Eighteen compounds were identified as benzyl alcohol O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅰ), benzyl alcohol O-β-D-primveroside (Ⅱ), benzyl alcohol O-(2'-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅲ), 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy benzaldehyde (Ⅳ), gluco-syring-ic acid (Ⅴ), syringin (Ⅵ), liriodendrin (Ⅶ), 2,4-ditert butyl phenol(Ⅷ) ,p-methoxybenzoic acid (Ⅸ), chrysin (Ⅹ), linarioside (Ⅺ), mannitol (Ⅻ) , galactito) (ⅩⅢ) , succinic acid (ⅩⅣ) , n-hexacosanoic acid (ⅩⅤ), n-heptacosyl alcohol (XVI ) , nonacosyl alcohol-15 (ⅩⅦ) and glyceryl α-monoeicosate (ⅩⅧ). CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅴ,Ⅶ-Ⅹ,ⅩⅢ-ⅩⅧ were isolated from the Linaria genus for the first time.
