短瓣金莲花的化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的对毛茛科金莲花属植物短瓣金莲花(Trollius ledebouri Reichb.)的花进行化学成分研究。方法利用溶剂提取、硅胶色谱柱和Sephadex LH-20反复进行分离纯化,波谱法鉴定结构。结果分离到14个已知化合物,分别为棕榈酸(Ⅰ)、二十四烯(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、鼠尾草素(Ⅳ)、藜芦酸(Ⅴ)、香草酸(Ⅵ)、玄参黄酮(Ⅶ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅷ)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(Ⅸ)、白杨黄酮(Ⅹ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅺ)、木犀草素(Ⅻ)、槲皮素(ⅩⅢ)、日本椴苷(ⅩⅣ)。结论除化合物Ⅰ,Ⅲ和Ⅴ以外,其余化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the flower of Trollius ledebouri. METHODS The components were separated by means of solvent extraction, repeated chromatography with silica column and Sephadex LH-20. The structures were determined by spectral analysis. RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated as palmitic acid(Ⅰ) , tetracosene(Ⅱ),β-sitosterol(Ⅲ), salvigenin(Ⅳ) , veratric acid(Ⅴ), vanillic acid(Ⅵ) , scrophulein(Ⅶ), daucosterol(Ⅷ), methyl P-hydroxybenzoate(Ⅸ),chrysoeriol(Ⅹ) ,4-hydroxyben-zoic acid(Ⅺ), luteolin(Ⅺ) , quercetin(ⅩⅢ)and tilianin(ⅩⅣ). CONCLUSION All compounds except Ⅰ, Ⅲ , and Ⅴ were isolated from the genus Trollius for the first time.
