| 摘 要： | 目的：研究由乳猪胸腺制备的胸腺肽对T细胞增殖和活化的影响。方法：用3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷掺入法检测细胞增殖反应，并以生物素-链霉亲和素系统作免疫细胞化学法测定膜白介素2受体(mIL-2R)阳性细胞百分率。结果：胸腺肽组的细胞增殖反应(cpm值)和mIL-2R阳性细胞百分率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：乳猪胸腺肽对小鼠T细胞增殖和mIL-2R的表达均有促进作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of thymic peptides prepared from sucking pig thymus on the proliferation and activation of T lymphocytes METHOD:Cell proliferation was determined by 3H-thymidine incorporation Biotinstreptomycin avidin system combined with immunocytochemistry was exploited to examine the mIL-2R(membrane IL-2 receptors)positive cells.RESULTS:Both the proliferation (cpm) of T lymphocytes and the ratio of mIL-2R positive cells in mouse spleen cells treated with the peptides was much stronger or higher compared to the control ones (P<0.01) CONCLUSIONsucking pig thymic peptides can stimulate both the proliferation of T lymphocytes and the mIL-2R expression in mouse. |
