| 摘 要： | 目的研究长松萝多糖(USLP)对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法USLP大、中、小3个剂量(150，100，50 mg·kg-1·d-1)给小鼠连续po14 d，通过小鼠血清溶血素及抗体形成细胞的测定,研究该多糖对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响；通过淋巴细胞转化试验和皮肤迟发性超敏反应,研究该多糖对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。结果与对照组相比较，该多糖大、中两个剂量可显著增强小鼠血清溶血素水平及抗体形成细胞(PFC)的数量，可增强小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化功能及小鼠迟发型超敏反应。结论长松萝多糖对小鼠的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能均有明显的增强作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Usnea longissima polysaccharide (USLP)on immunologic function in mice.METHOD S Three dosage of USL polysaccharide (150,100,50 mg·kg-1) were given orally for fourteen days.By determining plaque forming cells (PFC) and the serum hemolysin level,the effect of USLP on humoral immunity was studied.By lymphocyte transformation test and delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH),the effect of USLP on cellular immunity was evaluated.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the dosage of 100 and 150 mg·kg-1 USLP raised the level of serum homolysin,increased the plaque transforming cells quantity,improved the stimulating index of lymphocyte transformation and promoted the degree of ear swelling respectively. CONCLUSION USLP at the dosage of 100 and 150 mg·kg-1,enhanced humoral and cellular immunity of the normal mice. |
