摘    要: 目的研究心叶淫羊藿(Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.)的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱分离和纯化,通过理化方法及波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果分离得到5个化合物,波谱鉴定为:5,7,4′-三羟基-8,5′-二异戊烯基黄酮(Ⅰ)、淫羊藿素(i-caritin)(Ⅱ)、去甲淫羊藿素(desmethylicaritin)(Ⅲ)、3,7-二羟基-4′-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅳ)和3,7,3′,4′,5′-五羟基黄酮(robinetin)(Ⅴ)。结论其中化合物Ⅰ为一新化合物,化合物Ⅳ和Ⅴ首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.METHODS The constituents were repeatedly separated and purified on silica gel column.They were identified on the basis of spectral methods.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from Epimedium brevicornum.They are 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-8,3′-diprenylflavone(Ⅰ),icaritin(Ⅱ),desmethylicaritin(Ⅲ),3,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavone(Ⅳ) and robinetin(Ⅴ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ were isolated from E.brevicornum for the first time,and compound Ⅰ is a novel one.
