海南裂叶山龙眼的化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的研究海南裂叶山龙眼Heliciopsis lobata(Merr.)Sleum]叶的化学成分,寻找其天然活性物质。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和SephadexLH-20柱色谱分离化合物,运用理化性质和渡谱技术确定所得化合物的结构。结果从海南裂叶山龙眼叶的水提物中分离得到5个化合物,经理化性质和波谱方法鉴定为:银桦酸(1)、熊果苷(2)、银桦内酯(3)、4.羟基-反式桂皮酸(4)和胡萝卜苷(5)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,其中银桦酸可能为海南裂叶山龙眼抗菌的主要活性成分之一。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the constituents of Heliciopsis lobata (Merr. ) Sleum and to find out bioactive natural compounds . METHODS 5 compounds were isolated by Sephadex LH - 20 and silica gel column, and their structures were identified by spectral methods and physicochemical data. RESULTS Five known compounds were isolated from the leaves of Heliciopsis lobata(Merr. ) Sleum. Their structures were identified as: grevillic acid (1), arbutin (2), grevillone (3) ,4-hydroxy-tram-cinnamic (4) and daucosterol (5) .CONCLUSION All of these compounds were isolated from genus Heliciopsis for the first time and Grevillic acid may be one of the major bioactive compounds in Heliciopsis lobata(Merr. ) Sleum.
