山蒟化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的 研究山蒟(Piperhancei Maxim)藤茎的化学成分,为阐明其有效成分提供依据。方法 利用硅胶、聚酰胺柱色谱进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据1~2(IR,UV,MS,1HNMR,13C-NMR)鉴定其结构。结果 从其醋酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为N-p-香豆酰酪胺(Ⅰ),N-反式阿魏酰酪胺(Ⅱ),马蔸铃内酰胺AⅢa(Ⅲ),马蔸铃内酰胺AⅡ(Ⅳ),香草酸(Ⅴ),藜芦酸(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constitutents in the stem of Piper hancei Maxim for obtaining a more comprehensive understanding on its effective components.METHODSCompounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel and polyamide, whose structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from the EtOAc extract. Their structures were identified as:N-p-coumaroyltyramine (Ⅰ),N-trans-feruloyltyramine (Ⅱ),aristololactams AⅢa(Ⅲ),aristololactams AⅡ(Ⅳ), vallnic acid(Ⅴ),veratric acid(Ⅵ)and daucosterol(Ⅶ). CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅳ and Ⅶ~Ⅸ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
