血脂康对高脂家兔、鹌鹑模型的降脂作用

摘    要: 以3种动物模型研究了血脂康的降血脂作用。将25%酪蛋白加入家兔基础饲料中,60d后血清TC从1.81mmol/L升至7.51mmol/L,则内源性高胆固醇血症模型建立;血脂康0.4,0.8g·kg ̄(-1)·d ̄(-1)治疗性给药30d后,有显著降低血清TC浓度和TC/HDL-C比值(0.8g.kg ̄(-1)·d ̄(-1))的作用(P<0.05)。将0.5%胆固醇,15%蛋黄粉,5%猪油加入家兔基础饲料中,可形成外源性高脂血症模型;同时预防性po血脂康0.89.kg ̄(-1)·d ̄(-1)后,服药家兔血清TC、TG浓度和TC/HDL-C比值明显降低(P<0.05),且有抑制主动脉粥样硬化斑块形成和脂质在肝脏沉积的作用。将1%胆固醇,14%猪油,6%豆油加入鹌鹑基础饲料中,2周后可形成外源性高脂血症模型;同时预防性po血脂康0.1,0.2,0.4g.kg ̄(-1)·d ̄(-1)后,可显著降低血清TC、TG(P<0.05或P<0.01)的浓度。此结果证实了血脂康在降血脂及预防动脉粥样硬化方面的药理作用。

Abstract:We studied that the effects of Xuezhikang on blood lipids and lipoprotein concentra-tions of three kinds of animal models. In rabbits fed on a diet of 25%casein ( hyperc-holesterolaemia induced endogenously ), serum cholesterol concentration increased from approxi-mately 1. 81 to 7. 51 mmol/L within 60 days. Treatment with Xuezhikang for 30 days at doses of0.4,0.8g· kg ̄(-1)·d ̄(-1) significantly lowered serum TC concentration and TC/HDL-C ratio(P<0. 05). In rabbits , in which hyperlipidaemia was induced exogenously by a atherogenic diet of0.5%cholesterol , 15% yolk powder,5%lard,oral Xuezhikang 0.89·kg ̄(-1)·d ̄(-1) for 40 days re-duced serum TC , TG concentrations and TC/HDL-C ratio (P<0. 05 ). Moreover, lesions in theaortae and lipidosis in the livers of Xuezhikang-treated rabbits were less severe than those of thecontrol model rabbits. In quails ,in which hyperlipidaemia was induced exogenously by anathero-genic diet of 1% cholesterol, 14% lard,6% soya-bean oil, oral Xuezhikang 0.1,0. 2 and 0.4g· kg ̄(-1)·d ̄(-1) for 2 weeks reduced serum TC and TG concentrations(P<0. 05 or P<0.01).Theresults of this study demonstrate that Xuezhikang reduces serum TC,TG concentrations of rab-bits and quails with experimental hyperlipidaemia and suppresses atherosclerosis by an athero-genic diet.
