翠云草中双黄酮类成分研究

摘    要: 目的研究翠云草中的双黄酮类成分。方法利用Sephadex LH-20、硅胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,用UV,IR,NMR,MS等方法确定结构。结果分离得到5个双黄酮化合物,分别鉴定为穗花杉双黄酮(Amentoflavone,Ⅰ)、罗波斯塔双黄酮(Robustaflav-dimethyl ether,Ⅲ)、2″,3″-二氢-4′-甲氧基穗花杉双黄酮(2″,3″-dihydro-4′-O-methyl Amentoflavone,Ⅳ)、7″-甲氧基-2,3,2″,3″-四氢扁柏双黄酮(7″-O-methyl-2,3,2″,3″-tetrahydrohinokiflavone,Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅳ,Ⅴ为新化合物。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the biflavonoids of Selaginella uncinata(Desv.) Spring.METHODS The biflavonoids were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 column.Their structure were determined by spectroscopic methods including UV,IR,NMR and MS.RESULTS Five biflavonoids including amentoflavone,robustaflavone,robustaflavone-4′-dimethyl ether,2″,3″-dihydro-4′-O-methylamentoflavone,7″-O-methyl-2,3,2,3′-tetrahydrohinokiflavone were isolated from S.uncinata(Desv.) Spring.CONCLUSION Compound Ⅱ,Ⅲ are firstly found in this plant.Compound Ⅳ,Ⅴ are new compounds.
