摘    要: 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定紫丁香树枝中丁香苷和橄榄苦苷含量的方法。方法Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min-1;柱温30℃,检测波长232nm。结果丁香苷和橄榄苦苷均有较好的分离度,二者分别在0.021~1.05g·L-1(r=1.0000)之间和0.093~0.72g·L-1(r=0.9992)之间有良好的线性范围;平均回收率分别为101.1%和99.4%;具有良好的精密度和重现性。结论本方法准确、精密度高、专属性好,可用于紫丁香树枝及其制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of syringin and oleuropein in Syringa oblata Lindl. METHODS The sample was separated on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column ( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 with the column temperature was 30 ℃ and UV detection wavelenghth at 232 nm. RESULTS Syringin and oleuropein showed good separable degree. A good linearity was obtained with the correlation coefficients ranged of 0.021-1.05 g·L-1(r=1.000 0) and 0.093-0.72 g·L-1 (r=0.999 2). The average recoveries were 101.1% and 99.4%. The method also showed high accuracy and repeatability. CONCLUSION The method is reliable,accurate and specific. It can be used for quality control of Syringa oblata Lindl.
