超声结合双水相体系提取红花红色素的研究

摘    要: 目的 探讨超声提取法和双水相分离技术相结合提取红花红色素的新方法方法 利用超声波与双水相体系相结合对红花红色素进行提取和分离。结果 利用超声与双水相体系结合对红花红色素进行提取分离的最佳提取条件为:提取温度为40 ℃,料液比为1∶20,体积分数70%丙酮超声30 min两次;硫酸铵达到饱和状态,在此条件下,红花红色素提取率为0.36%。结论 超声与双水相体系结合红花红色素提取分离的方法简便,易操作。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the new extraction method of carthamine. METHODS Ultrasonic extraction was combined with acetone-ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system separation technique to extract and separate carthamine from safflower. RESULTS The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: extracting temperature of 40 ℃, material liquid ratio of 1∶20, 70% acetone ultrasound extraction 30 min twice, and saturate ammonium sulfate. In this condition, the extraction rate of safflower red was 0.36%. CONCLUSION The combinded ultrasound and aqueous two-phase system separation method for extraction of carthamine from safflower is simple and worth promoting.
