新疆雪莲黄酮类化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的研究新疆雪莲中的黄酮类化学成分。方法对新疆雪莲全草乙醇提取物的各个萃取部位进行反复柱色谱,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定化合物结构。结果从新疆雪莲干燥全草中分离得到7个化合物,分别为4′,5,7-三羟基-3′,6-二甲氧基黄酮(1)、4′,5,7-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(2)、泽兰黄素(3)、槲皮素(4)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、芦丁(7)。结论其中3和6为首次在该植物中分离得到的黄酮类化合物。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the flavonoids of Saussurea involucrata. METHODS The constituents of EtOH extraction from the whole plant of Saussurea involucrata were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography. These compounds were identified by their physical and spectral data.RESULTS Seven flavonoids were isolated and identified as jaceosidin (1), hispidulin (2), eupafolin (3), quercetin (4), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (5), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6) and rutin (7). CONCLUSION Compound 3 and 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
