白芍与赤芍HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘    要: 目的建立白芍与赤芍指纹图谱分析方法,指认其中主要成分,并对药材进行化学成分比较。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Zorbax SB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱分析柱,检测波长230nm,乙腈-磷酸溶液(pH2.7)梯度洗脱,柱温25℃。对37个白芍样品和34个赤芍样品进行了指纹图谱测定,采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)软件进行分析。结果所建方法重现性、精密度和稳定性良好,并指认9个色谱峰。结论为白芍与赤芍质量控制提供新依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE A HPLC fingerprint method was established for the quality control of white peony roots and red peony roots.The main constituents in the two herbs were identified and compared.METHODS A HPLC analysis was carried out on a Zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile (A) and pH 2.7 phosphoric acid solution in gradient mode.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃.Thirty seven white peony roots and thirty four red peony roots were analyzed with the developed HPLC fingerprint method.The data calculation was performed with similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM (Version 2004A).RESULTS The method was in good reproducibility,precision and stability.Nine peaks in the fingerprint were designated.CONCLUSION The present research provides new evidence for the quality control of white peony roots and red peony roots.
