虎尾轮根化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的 研究虎尾轮( Uraria crinita )根的化学成分。 方法 采用硅胶、大孔树脂、 Sephadex LH - 20 和 ODS 等色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化;依据理化性质、波谱数据和相关文献进行结构鉴定。 结果 分离并鉴定了 14 个化合物,分别为 β - 谷甾醇( β -sitosterol , 1 ),硬脂酸( octadecanoic acid , 2 ), 软 脂 酸( palmitic acid , 3 ), β - 胡萝卜苷( β -daucosterol , 4 ), (24 R)-5α- 豆甾 -7 , 22 ( E ) - 二烯 -3α- 醇[ (24 R)-stigmast-7 , 22 ( E ) -dien-3α-ol , 5 ], 2-( 乙酰胺基 )- 苯甲酸甲酯[ 2-(acetylamino)benzoic acid , methyl ester , 6 ],白桦脂醇( betulin , 7 ),间羟基苯甲酸 (m-hydroxybenzoic acid , 8) , 5 , 7- 二羟基 -2'- 甲氧基 -3' , 4'- 亚甲基二氧异黄酮( 5,7-dihydroxy-2 ' -methoxy-3 ' , 4 ' -methylenedioxyisoflavanone , 9 ),蔗糖 (sucrose , 10 ),槐二醇( sophoradiol , 11 ),染料木素 (genistein , 12 ),染料木苷 (genistin , 13 )和水飞蓟宾 (silybin , 14 )。 结论 化合物 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 13 , 14 为首次从 虎尾轮根 中得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE to study chemical constituents in roots of Uraria crinita. METHODS The compounds were isolated by means of column chromatography on sinica gel,DIAION HP20,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectra. RESULTS Fourteen compounds were obtained and identified as β-sitosterol(1),octadecanoic acid(2),palmitic acid(3),β-daucosterol(4),(24R)-stigmast-7,22(E)-dien-3α-ol(5),2-(acetylamino)benzoic acid,methyl ester(6),betulin(7),m-hydroxybenzoic acid(8),5,7-dihydroxy-2'-methoxy-3',4'-methylenedioxyisoflavanone(9),sucrose(10),sophoradiol(11),genistein(12),genistin(13),and silybin(14). CONCLUSION Compound 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,13,and 14 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
