生姜石油醚提取物对四种氧自由基体系抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要: 目的:研究生姜石油醚提取物对4种氧自由基体来的杭氧化作用。方法:用UV-分光光度法研究提取物杭O2对红细胞(RBC)的氧化作用;荧光偏振法测定红细胞膜流动性,研究提取物对红细胞膜的保护作用;荧光法研究提取物对·OH的抑制率、清除率和杭脂质过氧化作用。结果:提取物有明显的杭O2对RBC的氧化作用。对红细胞膜有保护作用,增加膜的流动性。对·0H有很强的清除作用,在C=2.09 g·L-1时,抑制率和清除率分别为92.41%和97.39%;并能抑制小鼠肝徽拉体的脂质过氧化作用,在C=4.0 g·L-1时,抑制率为86.81%。结论:生姜石油醚提取物对4种不同氧自由墓有十分显著的抑制和清除作用,是一种高效的杭氧化剂。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study antioxidative action of Zingiber officinales petroleum extracts with a four oxygen free radicals system. METHODS: The antioxidative action on erythrocyte with O2 of extracts was studied by spectrophotometry. The protective action on the treatment of erythrocyte membranes with H2O2 and the cell membrane fluidity with fluorescence polarization .were studied. The rate of inhibition and scavenging of·OH generation and the antiaction of lipid peroxidant of zingiber extracts were studied by using fluorescence. RESULTS: The zingiber extracts could significantly antioxidative action on erythrocyte with O2,and had protective action on erythrocyte membranes and caused an increase in fluidity. The extracts possessed great scavenging effect on ·OH, the rate of inhibition and scavenging were 92.41%and 97.39% respectively when c=2.09g·L-1, and the lipid peroxidation of mouse liver mitochondria was markedly inhibited by extracts at c=4.0 g·L-1 .The rate of inhibition was 86.81%.CONCLUSION; The extracts of zingiber significant inhibition and scavenging effect on four oxygen free radicals, and can be used as an antioxidant.
