| 摘 要： | 目的：研究复方氯唑沙宗片剂中氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定方法。方法：同时采用ＣＰＡ矩阵法（简称ＣＰＡ法）和多波长线性回归法（简称ＷＭＬ法）测定复方氯唑沙宗片剂中氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的含量。并应用计算药学中ＢＡＳＩＣ语言编制计算程序。结果：ＣＰＡ法的氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的平均回收率和ＲＳＤ分别为９９．８３％，０．１２％，９９．８７％，０．１４％；ＷＭＬ法的氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的平均回收率和ＲＳＤ分别为９８．６７％，０．３４％；１００．０５％，０．３１％（ｎ＝５）。结论：两种方法同时测定两组分的含量，方法简便易行、快速，测定结果可相互校验对比。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE :To estabolish an assay for the determination of chlorzoxazoni and paracetamol in Cochlorzoxazoni tablet. METHOD: CPAMatrix and MultiWavelength Linear regression method were used at the same time.The calculatiue compater program was edited by BASIC.RESULTS: The average recovery and RSD of chlorzoxazoni and paracetamol were 99.83%and 0.12%,99.87% and 0.14% for CPAMatrix mothod,were 98.67% and 0.34%,100.05% and 0.31% (n=5) for MultiWavelength Linear regression method. CONCLUSION: These methods are simple,rapid and satisfied. |
