| 摘 要： | 本文观察了丹心Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号对凝血酶、ADP诱导的人血小板聚集的影响，结果表明丹心Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号对其均有不同程度的抑制作用，IC50分别为838.5μg／ml、2.51mg／ml；583.2μg／ml、3.63mg／ml。

| Abstract: | Effects of DanxinⅠandⅡon human platelet aggregation induced by thrombin orADP were observed in vitro. The results indicated that the drugs could inhibite thrombin or ADP-induced platelet aggregation in varying degrees the values of IC50(dose of the drug for 50%inhibi-tion)were 838.5μg/ml,2.51mg/ml,583.2μg/ml and 3.63mg/ml respectively. |
