沙芥化学成分的研究

摘    要: 沙芥化学成分的目的:对沙芥的化学成分进行研究?方法:采用硅胶柱层析和薄层层析进行分离,运用红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振谱以及与标准品对照的方法鉴定化合物的结构?结果:分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为豆甾-5-烯-3β,7β-二醇(Ⅰ),豆甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇(Ⅱ),24-亚甲基香蕉甾醇(Ⅲ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ),羽扇豆醇(Ⅵ),甘油-α-亚油酸酯(Ⅶ),亚油酸(Ⅷ),对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅸ),β-吲哚醛(Ⅹ),二十八醇?结论:11个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到?

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Pugionium cornutum METHODS: The chemical constituents of Pugionium cornutum were isolated with silica gel chromatography and their structures were identified by means of IR,MS,1 HNMR,13 CNMR and DEPT,in some case by direct comparison with authentic samples RESULTS:WT5BZEleven compounds were obtained and identified as stigmast5en3,7diol (),stigmast5en3,7diol (),24methylenepollinastanol (),sitosterol (),daucosterol (),lupeol (),glycerin monolinolate(),linoleic acid (),phydroxybenzoic acid (),indole3aldehyde (),octacosanol () CONCLUSION: All these compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time
