| 摘 要： | 目的 :制备乙基纤维素与几种活性药物的固体分散物 ,并研究乙基纤维素用作缓释型固体分散物载体的适用性。方法 :用溶剂法制备了乙基纤维素固体分散物颗粒及片剂 ,测定其释放度 ,研究各主要因素对药物释放的影响。结果 :乙基纤维素粘度、含量、固体分散物颗粒的粒度、活性药物的溶解度、溶出介质的 pH值均对药物释放有影响。 结论 :乙基纤维素适合作缓释型固体分散物载体。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To prepare several ethylcellulose active drug solid dispersions and define the suitability of using ethylcellulose as sustained release solid dispersion excipient.METHODS:Prepared ethylcellulose drug solid dispersion granules and tablets by solvent method and determined the dissolution of the granules and tablets.Studied the factors which affected dissolution of solid dispersion.RESULTS:The viscosity and quantity of ethylcellulose,the granule size of solid dispersion,the solubility of active drugs and pH of dissolution medium affected dissolution of solid dispersion.CONCLUSION:Ethylcellulose is suitable to be sustained release solid dispersion excipient. |
