| 摘 要： | 将葡萄糖输液中间品ｐＨ值调至３．４０～５．４０，对成品中葡萄糖、ｐＨ值及５－羟甲基糠醛量进行测定比较，发现输液中间品ｐＨ值对成品的三项指标均有显著性影响（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

| Abstract: | We studied the effects of intermediate pH of glucose injection during preparationprocess on the main index,the glucose content,pH and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural content, forcontrol of final product. The rusults showed that the intermediate pH between 3.80～4.00 mightbe selected. |
