摘    要: 将葡萄糖输液中间品pH值调至3.40~5.40,对成品中葡萄糖、pH值及5-羟甲基糠醛量进行测定比较,发现输液中间品pH值对成品的三项指标均有显著性影响(P<0.05)。

Abstract:We studied the effects of intermediate pH of glucose injection during preparationprocess on the main index,the glucose content,pH and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural content, forcontrol of final product. The rusults showed that the intermediate pH between 3.80~4.00 mightbe selected.
