摘    要:目的 鉴别中药玉竹Polygomatum odoratum及其混淆品,探索药材鉴别的新方法,为玉竹品质评价提供分子依据。方法 用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术进行基因组DNA多态性分析,并构建聚类树型图。结果 玉竹、黄精遗传多态性丰富,道地药材玉竹和其他产地的玉竹巳产生遗传分化。结论 RAPD技术可应用于药材玉竹的鉴定,结合药效成分分析。成为玉竹品质评价的有力工具。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate a new way for the identification of Chinese traditional medcines by distinguishing Polygonatum odoratum from its adulterants in order to provide the molecular evidence for its quality evaluation.METHOES Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique was used to analyze the genetic relationships.Dendrogram was constructed by UPGMA.RESULTS There was a rich genetic polymorphism between P. odoratum and P.cyrtonema .The genetic difference between the genuineness of Polygonatum odoratum and the different habitats of P.odoratum was evident.CONCLUSION RAPD was used for the authentication of P.odoratum in China.Combining with chemical and biogeographical data,RAPD may become a powerful tool in the quality evaluation of P.odoratum .
