Design Conception of Diabetes TCM Community Health Management System Based on Information Assistance Platform

This study discusses how to effectively utilize advanced information technology,improve the utilization of existing medical resources,and form a diabetes community health management system that integrates the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It also discusses the basic framework and function of designing and developing a diabetes community health management system of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and briefly introduce the significance and function of the development of the system.With the help of Internet plus medical care,intelligent hardware,internet of things,cloud computing and other technologies,this study proposes to design a platform for diabetes community management platform based on information collaboration platform.With the broad mass foundation of Chinese medicine,the advantages of Chinese Medicine in the field of disease prevention and control will be brought into play,and new ideas will be provided for the prevention and control of diabetes in the community in the new era.
