雷火神针改善土家医风湿病痹痛临床疗效分析

目的:观察雷火神针改善土家医风湿病痹痛的疗效。方法:将120例土家医风湿病患者随机分成治疗组65例和对照组55例,治疗组采用雷火神针治疗,对照组口服布洛芬缓释片治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效与症状体征改善情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为89.2%,对照组为90.9%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组在改善疼痛指数、肿胀指数、压痛指数、握力指数、部位指数等5个方面情况,效果较对照组为优(P<0.05)。结论:土家医雷火神针治疗风湿痹痛在缓解疼痛、消除肿胀方面有较好的疗效。
