| 摘 要： | 通过查找国内外相关文献,阐述中医学对轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的认识、MCI证候分布规律、MCI证候和认知功能、生物标志物的关系,认为轻度认知功能障碍中医证候分型逐渐趋于一致,总体上可归纳为痰浊蒙窍证、肾精亏虚证、气血两虚证,轻度认知功能障碍患者认知水平、生物标志物与证候之间存在显著相关性,但研究结论尚未统一,还需要进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Through the summary the related literature at home and abroad, this paper discusses the understanding of mild cognitive impairment(MCI), MCI syndrome distribution, relationship between MCI syndrome and cognitive function as well as biomarkers. Mild cognitive dysfunction syndromes parting gradually converge, in general can be summarized as phlegm turbidity obstructing Qiao syndrome, kidney essence deficiency syndrome and Qi-blood deficiency syndrome. There is a significant correlation between syndromes and cognitive level as well as biomarkers in patients with mild cognitive impairment, but the research conclusions have not been unified.And further research is needed on the correlation between mild cognitive impairment and syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine. |
