| 摘 要： | 目的:比较不同采收期半枝莲中总黄酮的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法对不同采收期的半枝莲中总黄酮含量进行测定。结果:5、6、7、8、9月5个不同采收期半枝莲中总黄酮含量分别为:1.59%、1.86%、2.26%、2.12%、2.01%。结论:不同采收期半枝莲中总黄酮的含量差异明显,其中以7月采收的半枝莲中总黄酮含量最高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the content of total flavonoids in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae derived from different harvest time.Methods: UV metric method was used to determine the contents of total flavonoids of Herba Scutellariae Barbatae from different harvest time.Results: The contents of total flavonoids in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae derived from May,June,July,August,September were 1.59%,1.86%,2.26%,2.12% and 2.01%,respectively.Conclusion: The content of total flavonoids in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae from different harvest time is quite different,and the highest is the one from July. |
