| 摘 要： | 目的：观察安体康注射液对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：建立荷瘤小鼠模型,分别给予安体康注射液治疗,检测T淋巴细胞转化功能,白介素-2（IL-2）的活性,自然杀伤细胞（NK）活性和巨噬细胞吞噬活性。结果：安体康注射液能促进荷瘤小鼠的T淋巴细胞的分化与繁殖,显著提高淋巴细胞诱生IL-2活性和NK细胞活性;对巨噬细胞的吞噬功能无显著影响。结论：安体康注射液可增强荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To estimate the effect of Antikang Injection on the immunological function in tumor-bearing mice.Methods： The models of tumor-bearing mice were established, and the proliferating activity of T lymphocytes, the level of IL-2,the phagocytosis activity of phagocytes and NK cells were detected in the mice after an intravenous injection with AntikangInjection. Results： Antikang Injection promoted T lymphocytes to transform,increased the level of IL-2 and the activity of NKcells; But it did not affect the phagocytosis of phagocytes. Conclusion： Antikang Injection can increase the immunological func-tion in tumor-bearing mice. |
