心脉神胶囊对模拟高原急性缺氧大鼠肺动脉压力的作用机制研究

摘    要:目的:探讨心脉神胶囊对急性缺氧大鼠肺动脉压力的影响。方法:将27只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组与心脉神组,分别给予生理盐水、心脉神(0.45 g/kg·bw)连续7 d后,模型组与心脉神组置于低压氧舱内3 d,用多道生理记录仪测定肺动脉压力(PAP)。结果:与模型组比较,心脉神组肺动脉收缩压、舒张压、平均压均显著降低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:心脉神胶囊对大鼠急性缺氧所致的肺动脉升高有抑制作用。

The Research of Xinmaishen Capsule on Acute Hypoxic Rats Simulated Plateau of Arteries and Veins of Pulmonary Artery Pressure Mechanism
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Xinmaishen capsule on acute hypoxic pulmonary artery pressure and car-diac function in rats. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and Xinmaishen group,which were given normal saline, normal saline and Xinmaishen (0.45 g/kg bw) respectively for 7 days. Model group and Xin-maishen group were in low pressure oxygen situation for 3 days, and multichannel physiologic recorder is used to testpulmonaryartery pressure (PAP). Results: Compared to the model group, the pulmonary artery systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure andthe average pressure decreased significantly in Xinmaishen group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion: Xinmaishen showed inhibitoryeffect on the acute hypoxia pulmonary on rats caused by acute hypoxia.
