疲消乐口服液对小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究疲消乐口服液抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用。方法:将昆明种小鼠随机分为疲消乐口服液高剂量组(50.50 g/kg)、中剂量组(16.84 g/kg)、低剂量组(8.42 g/kg)和空白对照组(等体积蒸馏水);疲消乐口服液高、中、低剂量组分别按生药剂量50.50、16.84、8.42 g/kg分组灌胃给药,空白对照组灌胃等体积蒸馏水,分别观察小鼠负重游泳持续时间;血清尿素氮及肝糖原、血乳酸的含量;常压耐缺氧小鼠存活时间。结果:疲消乐口服液高、中剂量组能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疲消乐口服液高剂量组能明显降低小鼠运动时血清尿素氮和血乳酸的含量、升高肝糖原含量,与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疲消乐口服液高、中剂量组能明显延长小鼠常压耐缺氧的存活时间,与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疲消乐口服液能延长小鼠负重游泳时间、降低小鼠运动时血清尿素氮和血乳酸的含量、升高肝糖原含量以及延长小鼠常压耐缺氧的存活时间。

Abstract:Objective: To study the anti-fatigue and anti-anoxia effects of Pixiaole oral liquid. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into Pixiaole Oral Liquid high-dose group (50.50 g/kg), middle-dose group (16.84 g/kg), low-dose group (8.42 g/kg) and blank control group (the same volume of distilled water), which were given Pixiaole oral liquid 50.50 g/kg, 16.84g/kg, 8.42 g/kg and the same volume of distilled water respectively according to intragastrie administration; and the load- ed swimming duration, serum urea nitrogen and liver glycogen, blood lactic acid and hypoxia tolerance survival time of mice were observed. Results: The Pixiaole oral liquid high-dose group and middle-close group can significantly prolong the loaded swimming time in mice(P〈0.05); the high-dose group can reduce the content of serum urea nitrogen, blood lactic acid and in- crease the content of hepatic glycogen after exercise (P〈0.05); the Pixiaole oral liquid high-dose group and middle-dose group can prolong the anoxia at normal pressure survival time (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Pixiaole oral liquid prolong the loaded swimming time, reduce the content of serum urea nitrogen, blood lactic acid and increase the content of hepatic glycogen after exerciseand improve the anoxia at normal pressure survival time in mice.
