| 摘 要： | 目的:建立飞扬草的薄层色谱鉴别方法.方法:以槲皮苷、没食子酸为对照品,采用不同溶剂、不同展开系统进行薄层色谱实验研究.结果:以甲醇为提取溶剂,氯仿-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸(6:2.5:1.5:0.2)为展开剂,分离效果较好.结论:该方法简便,快捷,专属性强,可用于飞扬草的鉴别.

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the method of TLC for Chinese traditional medicine Euphorbia hirta L.Method:Using quercitrin as comparison,Did research of TLC to Euphorbia hirta L.through different solvent and different deployment systems.Results:Methanol was used as solvent and chloroform-ethyl acetate-methanol-formic acid(6:2.5:1.5:0.2)was used as developer,it has good separation effect.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and special.it can be used as identification for Euphorbia hirta L. |
