| 摘 要： | 目的:观察穴位注射配合推拿针刺治疗急性腰椎关节突扭伤的临床疗效。方法:将本病患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予穴位注射加推拿针刺,对照组予推拿治疗。观察两组治疗前后疼痛改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为96.7%,对照组为83.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组VAS评分方面改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射配合推拿针刺治疗急性腰椎关节突扭伤有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection combined with massage and acupoint injection combined with massage and acupuncture.Method:All sixty cases were dvivided into two groups.treatmemt group were treated by acupoint injection and massage,and the other 30 cases in the control group were treated by massage.Pain condition and therapeutic effect were oberverd.Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the D-value of VAS cores of both groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions: As for the patients with acute sprain of lumbar vertebra,acupoint injection combined with massage and acupuncture can get better comprehensive effects. |
