调肝明目丸治疗干眼的临床研究

目的观察调肝明目丸治疗干眼的临床疗效。方法选择符合诊断标准的单纯性干眼患者100例（200只眼）,随机分为调肝明目丸组50例（100只眼）、人工泪液组50例（100只眼）,分别给予调肝明目丸和羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液,治疗时间均为30 d,观察2组临床症状、Schirmer I试验（SIT）及泪膜破裂时间（BUT）的变化,并评价疗效。结果调肝明目丸组治愈0只眼,好转94只眼,无效6只眼,总有效率94.0%;人工泪液组治愈0只眼,好转86只眼,无效14只眼,总有效率86.0%,前者疗效好于后者（Z=-4.12,P=0.012）。治疗后调肝明目丸组的SIT、BUT数值均好于人工泪液组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论调肝明目丸治疗单纯性干眼有效,可以促进泪液分泌、延长泪膜破裂时间并缓解干眼症状。

Clinical study of Tiaogan Mingmu Pill to treat dry eye

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effects of Tiaogan Mingmu Pill on dry eye. METHODS One hundred （200 eyes）dry eye patients were chosen by the same diagnostic criteria and divided into two groups randomly. One group with 50 patients （100 eyes）was treated with Tiaogan Mingmu Pill, the other group with 50 pa- tients （100 eyes）was treated with Corboxymethycellulose eye drops. Both treatments lasted for 30 days. Clinical signs, Schirmer I test （SIT） and tear break up time were investigated and evaluated. RESULTS In Tiaogan Mingmu Pill group, no patient was cured. Ninety-four eyes got improvement and 6 eyes got no improvement. The response rate was 94%. In the artificial tears group, no patient was cured. Eighty-six eyes got improvement and 14 eyes got no improvement. The response rate was 86%. Compared with artificial tears group, the clinical effect in Tiaogan Mingmu Pill group was significantly better （Z=-4.12,P=0.012）. CONCLUSIONS Tiaogan Mingmu Pill was effective for simple dry eye, can promote tear secretion, tear film break-un time and extend relieve symptoms of dry eye.
